Maid of the Mist

The Maid of the Mist is a world-famous tourist attraction for over 150 years, millions of visitors including royalty, state leaders and celebrities from around the world, have been captivated by this half-hour cruise. The Maid of the Mist began operating in 1846, making it one of North America's oldest tourist attractions. To fight the power of the river a powerful diesel-engined boat will take up to 600 passengers per boat from the Canadian docks past the base of the American Falls, before the highlight of the trip into the basin of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls.

Hours of Operation

Operating from late April/early May (weather dependent) to October 24 each year, the Maid departs every 15 minutes.
